Co-authorship,
with Paul Beier, of the design of the software MusIco,
a database of musical iconography. MusIco has been
adopted, among several independent scholars, by 16 Institutions*
in 7 European Countries
for the project Images of Music – A Cultural Heritage which was
supported by a grant from Culture 2000 of the the European Community.

Norme di catalogazione dell’Iconografia
Musicale e controparte informatica (rules for the
cataloguing and digital archiving of musical iconography). Project
directed by Elena Ferrari Barassi (University of Pavia). My specific role
within the project was studying the existing systems of cataloguing musical
iconography in order to design a computer program.
- 1992-1995:
Catalogo Italiano di Iconografia Musicale (CIdIcM).
The project, directed by Elena Ferrari Barassi (University of Pavia),
was sponsored by the Italian Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche. My
role within the project was compiling paper records of musical iconography
according to the CIdIcM rules.
- 1985:
RIdIM catalogue of musical iconography in Milanese
museums. Project directed by Francesco Degrada (University of
Milan). My role within the project was compiling paper records of musical
iconography according to the RIdIM rules.
